Yoghurt is loaded with good bacteria and nutrients. Apart from being a source of lactic acid, it iss also rich in vitamins A, C & E as well as hyaluronic acid. This cool ingredient (pun intended) moisturizes, gently exfoliates and, even calms down irritated skin and scalp, and that’s why it has been Approved By You aka the global beauty community.

Here’s why the community approves of yoghurt:

1. Sensitive skin-friendly – Yoghurt works great for people with sensitive skin who are prone to redness, irritation and occasionally angry skin.

2. Mild exfoliator – Yoghurt is a source of lactic acid which is an AHA, that works to improve the texture of the skin at a surface level. Out of all the AHAs, lactic acid is the mildest of the lot and works well with all skin types.
