Have been using it for: 2 – 4 weeks

I use it: Daily, both in the morning and at night.

Dr Sheth’s Cica & Ceramide Overnight Serum says ‘overnight repair serum’ and does exactly what it claims. Perfect if you’re looking something to repair your damaged skin barrier. 

I’ve been using BPO(benzoyl peroxide), for quite some time now, to spot correct my acne and that gave my skin some tough time. My skin felt dry and irritated. Putting anything with fragrance on my skin would sting so bad. But ever since I’ve introduced this, my skin has calmed down so much. It doesn’t sting as much and that’s when I realize how much it has been helping to repair my skin barrier. And the glow it gives is unmatched. However, it’s not enough on its own for winters. 
It has some great ingredients-
Marula oil – The amino acids found in marula oil (L-arginine and glutamic acid) helps restore hydration and has anti-ageing properties. 
Ceramides – bomb ingredient when it comes to skin barrier strengthening and repairing. 
Centella Extracts – This have been found to calm inflammation, speed wound healing, stimulate new cell growth, build collagen, and improve circulation. 
My experience –
  • Very moisturising on its own.
  • Calmed down my skin so much.
  • Gives a very subtle glow.
  • Suits all skin type, but patch testing is recommended.

Have been using it for: 6-12 months

I use it: Daily, in the morning.

It is a serum which acts as a lightweight rich moisturizer to soothe and repair skin and also is super hydrating, it is a staple whenever I exfoliate or just to restore my flaky skin. 

I have been using Dr Sheth’s Cica & Ceramide Overnight Serum for a long time and can say it is one of the best product available in the Indian market that is meant for repairing, brightening and strengthening the skin. It feels very lightweight but still is really hydrating. In summers I didn’t feel like applying any moisturizer on top of it, this tells how hydrating it is. I just love it and will recommend to anyone who wants to strengthen their skin’s barrier or have dry rosacea-prone skin. It would be perfect for any skin type but very oily skin can find this a bit heavy.
